General Booking & Payment Information

The pickup time will depend on your hotel’s location in Seoul and may be changed.
Pickup services may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.

Payment can be made securely online via third-party Payment Gateways. We do not store any credit card information on our website.
Payment can also be arranged on the tour date by cash or credit card. Please note we will require a credit card to be on file in case of a no-show.
If you pay the tour fee with a credit card issued in Korea, an additional 10% tax will be applied.
When issuing a tax bill for a company in Korea, an additional 10% tax will be applied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, tours should be canceled no later than 24 hours before your tour start date and time.
Tours canceled within 24 hours of your tour start date/time are 100% non-refundable.

To receive a full refund, tours should be canceled no later than 5 pm, 7 days before your tour date. No refunds will be given after this time.
In the case of changes in itinerary or destination due to military events or weather conditions, you will visit alternative spots, and no refund will be issued.
